Andersen Shipping Company Pte Ltd (ASC) was created in 2007 as a result of a shareholder buyout by the Andersen family of Nordana (Asia) Pte Ltd, which itself was formed in 1999.  ASC’s group activities are essentially focused on chartering, port agency and liner services, and are now clearly divided as follows:  
 
ASC Chartering Pte Ltd caters for project & heavy lift shipping including IMO cargoes as well as dry-bulk commodities both as a broker and as an operator.

ASC Agency Pte Ltd offers full agency services in Singapore and through joint venture partnerships in Malaysia and Indonesia also.

ASC Liner Services Pte Ltd together with our Australian partners have developed regular liner services from S.E. Asia to Western Australia offering break bulk, heavy lift, project and containerized cargo services. The liner services are operating under the names of NORTH WEST EXPRESS LINE (NWEL) AND WA LINE.
