Andersen Shipping Company Pte Ltd (ASC) was launched 31st October 2007, but the Company has actually operated in Singapore under the name of Nordana (Asia) Pte Ltd since 1999.

Nordana (Asia) Pte Ltd was a joint venture between Mr. Mogens C.E. Andersen, his son Mr. Oliver Ernst Andersen and their Danish partners, who were bought out in July 2007.

The core products of ASC Pte Ltd are and have always been specialization in project & heavy lift incl. IMO cargoes, either as broker or as operator, and offering full agency service in all Singaporean & Indonesian ports.

Over the years ,the company, together with Australian partners, developed regular liner services from S.E. Asia to Western Australia offering break bulk, heavy lifts, project and containerized cargo services.

The liner services are operating under the names of North West Express Service (NWEL) and Northwest Line.
